Artery Thermometer

Let me be more specific. I don't have a rectal thermometer. My doxy would not let me take it there (he's a weenie dog after all!!!). I took it with an ear thermometer and it said 103.0. I scanned him and it said 99.2. I'm going with the ear at 103.0. He's throwing up, clear fluid and phlegm only. Acts like he just doesn't feel good. Bowels okay. Local dog professional said to give him plain yogurt and sensitive stomach food (canned from vet). He's eating that okay and keeping it down. He's taking water when offered to him but not seeking it out. He has a VERY sensitive stomach any day of the week but today seems worse. Going to vet on Monday but what to do over the weekend? Thanks all.
