Baby Temperature Nipple

I know that many of these sound like pms, but the only thing I've ever experienced w/pms is moodiness & my nipples sometimes hurt. The back pain usually comes about the second day of my period. My period is due on March 10. On March 3 I noticed some very light pink spotting when I would wipe. This lasted for about a day. Also I've had gas like crazy ...sometimes smelly, sometimes not & it's so painful sometimes (sorry if it's TMI but there's more) also my bowel movements have not been as often as I'm accustomed to them being. My boobs don't hurt but feel heavy & it's kinda uncomfortable to sleep on my tummy. My lower back hurts every now & then I have these weird feelings in my lower abdomen. I don't really know how to describe it but it doesn't hurt. Sometimes I wake up super stuffy & have been sneezing quite a bit; sometimes I'm so hot (temperature wise) it makes me jittery. I want a BFP & this is the first time I kinda wasn't expecting anything.
