Corner Guard

this corner store that all of the people around the neighborhood like to hang out there, and ever since a week there has been a security guard hired to patrol there and threatens to call the police if we do not leave the store when we are done, not only is there a corner store, also a bakery,scrapbook store and a pizza place. soo my question, isn't the securty guard only suppose to make sure there is no trouble going on not just kicking all the kids out when we sitt around, and if he does lay a hand on one of us to who shall we report it too? and do you think he will be there long?(he stays in his van for a long period of time and walks around )
