How To Get Rid Of A Zit

Getting zits can be really embarrassing, especially if you have to meet some one or have a date. I'm going to show you a few ways to prevent getting them and how to get rid of them if you already have them.

Before I go into how you can easily remove them, lets cover a few ways that you can prevent getting them in the first place. The first things that I want to mention, is diet. Eating the right foods is essential to good healthy skin. Try and eat your 5 fruits and vegetables a day and drink plenty of water.

You should also make sure that you wash your face often and throughout the day. This will help remove the excess oil and clean out the pores. And the last thing I want to say about avoiding spots, is that you need to stop touching your face! This is how the bacteria is getting into your pores and causing the zits.

If your someone who has already got some zits, then you will need to treat them as soon as possible. This is because if you don't, you'll soon find that soon find that acne can take over. If you allow this to happen, you could really have a hard time attempting to remove the acne. So I recommend you start washing your face with clean water right away and then wrap the zits up at night when you are sleeping.

You can also try using toothpaste on your zits if you like. This is good because it drys our the zits and usually makes them disappear. Plus, it's so easy just to grab some and stick it on that you may as well at least give it a try. The best thing to do is to apply it to each zit, wrap it with tissue and then leave it overnight. You can then remove it the next day.

I advise that you try out the toothpaste trick and if that doesn't seem to work for you, then you should seek the advice of a dermatologist. They will be able to advise you on other treatments depending on your skin type.
