Are there any baby gates that Pressure Mount from both sides?

It has those little posts on one side and then the adjustable pressure thing on the other side. Do they make gates that have the pressure thing on both sides? You would think this would make perfect sense for uneven walls. I'm looking for something for the bottom of our stairs. This gate is going to be installed at the top of the stairs.
