Is this sewing pattern hard?
Hi all sewing pros out there...
I'm learning how to sew, but I'm very interested in sewing Shopping Cart Covers. I'm looking for an easy one... is this sewing pattern hard?: http://www.mccallpattern.com/item/M5721.htm?search=shopping%20cart&page=1

It's not the most beginnerish of patterns, but it shouldn't be too difficult if you take your time. The two big issues I foresee for you are the elastic and the binding around the leg holes, and maybe sewing in the nylon webbing if you've got a wimpy machine.
What have you made so far? And do you have someone locally who can help if you get stuck?
Have you ever done something like an elastic waistband? How did it work for you? Is the method in this pattern the same as the one in the pants or skirt pattern you sewed?
If the answers to my questions are "yes" or "ok", then you'll probably manage easily. If you've got some "nos" in there, doing some samples before tackling a technique on the pattern would be a good idea.
